I know this isn't exactly related to studying but do you have any easy meal ideas (especially breakfast)? I started school last week and have been skipping soooooo many meals...
I feel you. BUT thankfully i figured it out this week;
Breakfast;
- overnight oatmeal;
Just dump some oatmeal in a Tupperware or a jar or whatever container you want, add some raisins, raw cashews, almond, COFFEE (i tried this and it ACTUALLY WORKS). Then before you go to bes, add milk to the mixture till it’s equal to the amount of oats. Leave it in the fridge overnight and voila! Healthy and nice breakfast. You can chop a banana over it, or any kind of fruits.
- a simple sandwich;
You can use cream cheese, spreading cheese (kiri), PB and jelly, hommus (sounds weird but add it on pita bread and let me tell you it tastes amazing. Make sure to add olive oil to it tho.)
- cornflakes;
No one can go wrong with this classical breakfast.
- dates;
They’re not much but they have the proper nutritients to keep you sustained AND they help boost your metabolism and energy.
- hard boiled egg;
prepare it while you’re getting ready, it’ll take less time.
Now as for the other meals, it’s currently 1:39 am here so I’ll prepare a post tomorrow or friday, talking about quick and healthy meals for college/uni students.
